Responsibilities

• Produce and manage content for push notifications, banners, SMS, and tickers.
• Upload social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule WhatsApp messages for merchants and customers.
• Develop HTML mailers and schedule campaigns for merchants.
• Coordinate voice blasts for merchants and customers.
• Maintain marketing collateral creation, approval, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management

• Schedule Push Notifications (PN), Carousel Banners, SMS, and Tickers.
• Upload and manage social media content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule WhatsApp messages for internal and external merchants.
• Develop HTML mailers and schedule them for transacting and non-transacting merchants.
• Create and schedule voice blasts for merchants and customers.

Campaign And Blog Management

• Create and upload blogs on WordPress websites.
• Maintain a social media calendar for festivals and events.
• Execute cross-selling and upselling campaigns for various services.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.

Database And Lead Management

• Sort and manage acquisition databases

Marketing Collaterals

• Ensure marketing collaterals (QR stands, stickers, posters) are created, approved, printed, and dispatched.
• Handle translations for marketing materials and soundbox content.

Coordination And Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, design, and business leads) and external vendors for smooth campaign execution.
• Collaborate with the enterprise and vyaapaar teams for merchant support and requirements.
• Manage communications with printing vendors and agencies for timely delivery of collaterals.

Event And Calendar Management

• Curate and explore opportunities for national and international events or awards.
• Manage holiday communication calendars for internal and external merchants.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Proficiency in social media management, WordPress, and HTML-based mailer creation.
• Strong database management skills and ability to work with diverse merchant segments.
• Analytical mindset for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
