Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Executives to join a growing organization. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about field marketing, client interaction, and business development. You will be responsible for conducting on-ground marketing activities, generating business leads, coordinating with internal teams, and building strong customer relationships. We are looking for dedicated, hardworking, and committed individuals who are eager to learn, take ownership of their responsibilities, and build a long-term career with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-ground marketing activities to promote the company's products and services.

Visit industrial clients and prospective customers to generate business leads.

Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and customer requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients, the marketing team, and the technical team.

Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.

Prepare daily activity reports, lead reports, and market feedback using Microsoft Excel.

Support the team in achieving business development and marketing objectives.

Travel to client locations whenever required for meetings and business development activities.

Qualifications

Experience

Prior internship or field marketing exposure will be an added advantage.

Skills

Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory (Conversational Hindi is acceptable).

Knowledge of any regional language will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Excel formulas, and other MS Office applications.

Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work independently.

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (In-Hand) for Graduates. Compensation for candidates below graduate level will be based on qualification and suitability.

Food Allowance: ₹100 per working day (included in the salary structure).

Petrol Allowance: For official client visits (reimbursement against submitted bills).

Candidates should know how to ride a two-wheeler or drive a four-wheeler.

Travel expenses will be reimbursed only for official client visits.

Upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period, candidates will be required to sign a minimum one-year employment agreement.

This is a full-time, on-site role.
