About the Role
- You will play a crucial role in streamlining our data operations, acting as the primary filter for communications and data project tracking.
- You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of our data initiatives, from triaging complex emails to ensuring every meeting results in documented, actionable data requirements.
- Your goal will be to serve as a "second brain" for the team, knowing the status of every data request and ensuring that every team member is both informed and held accountable.
Responsibilities

- Project Accountability Proactively follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
- Data Documentation Create and maintain clear records of analytics requests, meeting outcomes, analytic specs, and data requirements so the "truth" of a project is always documented and accessible.
- Data Literacy & Quality Control Review post‑meeting data results/reports to ensure they align with the decisions made during discussions and flag any inconsistencies.
- Pre‑Meeting Briefing & Intel Review all upcoming meeting agendas and stakeholder requests in advance to brief the Lead Analyst on the "who, what, and why"; ensure the analyst is armed with the necessary context and that all data outputs are vetted for relevance.
