The CRM Data Analyst is responsible for providing advanced support to CRM / Audience Management, focusing on needed reports, in‑depth analysis, and robust dataflow management, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) techniques.
The Analyst actively works with the team to set up standardized dashboards by collecting and understanding requirements and implementing reports, simultaneously identifying opportunities to integrate AI‑powered solutions for intelligent automation of data pipelines and reporting processes.
The CRM Data Analyst actively proposes and executes advanced analysis, including the application of AI/ML models for predictive and prescriptive insights. This enables better digital marketing teams across channels (display, social, email marketing, search) to deliver successful campaigns, optimizations, and ultimately growth for the company. The Analyst must demonstrate a solid level of marketing and required data knowledge, utilizing AI/ML for continuous process improvements like enhanced audience segmentation and personalization.
