Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing analytics, attribution modelling, funnel analysis, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Ability to translate business needs into dashboards, KPIs, and insights.
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Experience analyzing data from CRM, marketing automation, web, social, and advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Experience working with remote/global teammates.

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

  • Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support testing and optimization, including A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay current on marketing analytics best practices.
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks and measurement standards.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand objectives and define reporting needs.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable dashboards and KPIs.
  • Develop data-driven insights to support growth of the BMP segment.

  • Support testing and optimisation initiatives, including A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks and measurement standards.
  • Communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Stay current on marketing analytics best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Support a data‑driven marketing culture through stakeholder enablement and actionable insights.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, scientific, or B2B environments preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and funnel metrics
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Power BI
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and techniques, including web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools
  • Proven ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience working with remote and global teammates
  • Comfortable navigating and influencing in a highly matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrate strong desire to learn and grow
