Job summary

CAI in India is seeking a Marketing & Communication Analyst to accelerate AI adoption across the organization. You will partner with business teams to craft clear messaging, marketing content, and stakeholder communications while aligning with digital transformation goals.

The role is full-time and remote, requiring 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, and AI tools, with a bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience with Copilot, Claude, and other GenAI tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, technology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, AI adoption, digital transformation, or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience communicating with business teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Experience creating reports, training materials, supplemental content, and presentations.
• Strong content review, planning, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Working knowledge of Copilot, Claude, and other AI tools.

Responsibilities

What You'll Need

Required:
