Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong knowledge of Zomato & Swiggy
• Understanding of Cloud Kitchen operations
• Experience in online food business & restaurant marketing
• Knowledge of menu management, offers, pricing & promotions on Zomato/Swiggy
• Excellent communication and client/customer handling skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
• Understanding of marketing strategies to increase sales and acquire new customers
