🔦 About the role

• Content production and execution for social media platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube and paid advertising
• Lead end-to-end video production for our YouTube and Instagram — including on-ground shoots in Bangalore, scripting, direction, and managing post-production
• Own and scale our YouTube growth by building formats, improving storytelling, and driving views, watch time, and subscribers
• Lead ad creative production for Meta, YouTube, and other platforms — from brainstorming and scripting to testing and scaling high-performing creatives
• Work with the existing marketing and creative teams to continuously improve our content and performance marketing strategy
• You are a social media native and think in videos 📹
• You are someone who loves to be in front of the camera🧑
• You believe in the fast execution of ideas 🚀
• You have a knack for social media copywriting ✍🏼
• You have a creative mind 🧠
• You have an energetic personality 🌻
• You are eager to learn and collaborate to ship projects quickly 💪🏽
