Job summary

Caresmith India is seeking an energetic content creator to take a video from script → shoot → edit → final cut on their own. You’ll work from briefs and references, treating our feed like your canvas and trying ideas on a fast-moving brand with plenty of products to play with.

You’ll write hooks, scripts and voiceovers, shoot reels and product clips, edit to a finished cut with captions, music and pacing, test formats and trends, and repurpose content across Instagram, our site, Amazon/Flipkart

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of hands-on content experience (freelance, internship, personal channel) and a proven creator.
• You must be able to write, shoot and edit—not just one part of the process.
• Comfort with delivering post-ready edits and a strong sense for short-form impact.

Responsibilities

• Write hooks, scripts and voiceovers for short-form.
• Shoot reels, UGC-style clips, product and marketplace videos with strong framing and light.
• Edit to a finished cut with trims, captions, music, pacing, basic colour and sound.
• Test formats, angles and trends.
• Repurpose content across Instagram, our website, Amazon/Flipkart and paid ads.

Caresmith is India’s original massage gun brand - now a full personal-care and wellness range across massagers, grooming, oral care and hair tools - sold on our own D2C store, Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce. We’re scaling fast and building a content engine to match.

The role

We’re looking for an energetic creator who can take a video from script → shoot → edit → final cut on their own. You’ll work from briefs and references, treat our feed like your canvas, and get to try your ideas on a fast-moving brand with plenty of products to play with. The bar is simple - content that makes a thumb stop mid-scroll: sharp hooks, strong ideas, a point of view.

What you’ll do

• Write hooks, scripts and voiceovers for short-form
• Shoot reels, UGC-style clips, product and marketplace videos - with a real eye for framing and light
• Edit to a finished cut - trims, captions, music, pacing, basic colour and sound
• Test formats, angles and trends
• Repurpose across Instagram, our website, Amazon/Flipkart and paid ads

What we’re looking for

• Creative and full of ideas
• 0-2 years of real, hands-on content experience - freelance, internship, a personal channel, or a past

role. You’ve already made content.

• Can do all three - write, shoot and edit - not just one
• Comfortable editing to a clean, post-ready standard
• A point of view and instinct for what makes short-form work
• English essential; Hindi/Hinglish a big plus for our audience
• Reliable with timelines and open to feedback
• Bonus: on-camera comfort, a real interest in health/wellness/beaut
