Job summary

Maxwell Energy Bengaluru is seeking a Marketing Associate to support planning and execution of marketing initiatives. The role requires strong understanding of digital marketing, brand communication, content creation, and campaign management.

The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, develop content calendars, assist in product launches, and track campaign performance. Fresh graduates are welcome; this is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with an eye for design, content, and brand aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand communication, content creation, and campaign management, along with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Support brand-building initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging marketing trends.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and coordinate content across social media platforms.
• Develop content calendars with the help of the agency and coordinate creative assets, captions, and promotional material.
• Support digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor social media engagement, website traffic, SEO and digital campaign performance.

3. Branding & Content Development

• Coordinate with designers, content creators, video editors, and agencies to develop marketing creatives.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communication across all platforms.
• Assist in developing marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, videos, and promotional material.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.

4. Campaign & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with external marketing agencies, production partners, printers, and other vendors.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution schedules.
• Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare regular marketing activity reports and campaign performance summaries.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Maintain marketing budgets, campaign trackers, and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
