The Marketing and Strategy Intern is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives and business strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business growth. This role combines data-driven marketing, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to align marketing actions with long-term organizational goals, which involves researchingmarkets, executing campaigns, and contributing ideas to strengthen Credifin’s position in the financial industry. It also involves creating business strategies which can be implemented to enhance business, efficiency, sourcing capability, new products etc.

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare business forecasts, performance dashboards, and strategy reports for management review.
• Define customer acquisition and retention strategies to increase portfolio and brand value.
• Manage brand positioning, communication, and product marketing initiatives.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital,

offline, PR, and BTL activities).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, risk, operations) for coordinated campaigns.
• Build alliances with fintechs, and aggregators (for NBFCs: MSME partners).
• Identify and onboard strategic partners, affiliates, and co-branding opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage partner relationships to drive lead generation and brand reach
• Manage content creation, product brochures, and corporate presentations.
• Plan corporate events, sponsorships, and media interactions.
• Track campaign effectiveness through KPIs (lead conversion rate, CPL, ROI).
• Prepare periodic performance reports and insights for management.
• Suggest improvements in marketing and business processes based on data analysis.
