We’re looking for a high-impact, performance-driven Growth Marketer to own revenue-first lead generation across paid media, organic search, AI-search optimization, and local discovery. Your success will be measured by Qualified Leads and Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) not activity, but outcomes. You’ll strategize, execute, and scale PPC campaigns with an analyst’s precision, while optimizing the entire funnel from click to conversion. This role is for someone who thinks in systems, automation, and repeatable growth frameworks, not one-off tasks. • Lead Generation & Funnel Growth - Plan and execute search-led lead generation campaigns, while building and optimizing landing pages and funnels. Continuously improve conversion rates through retargeting, nurturing flows, and testing new demand channels.
• PPC & Performance Marketing Excellence - Own Google Ads search campaigns end-to-end from keywords, ad copy, bids, and Quality Score optimization to budget efficiency and ROI. Implement conversion tracking, run structured A/B tests, and scale what performs.
• AI-Search + Modern SEO (AEO/GEO/SEO) - Optimize visibility across AI answer engines and search ecosystems through topic clusters, FAQ frameworks, schema and entity building. Strengthen local discovery via Google Business Profile and improve citation signals for higher trust and rankings.
• Automation-Driven Lead Flow Systems - Deploy AI assistants, CRM workflows, and automated routing to streamline lead management and speed-to-lead. Build lead scoring, attribution models, and dashboards to track performance and improve decision-making.
• Strategy, Insights & Leadership Collaboration - Drive market and audience research to map demand, intent, and messaging opportunities. Present monthly growth reviews with clear insights, and partner closely with leadership to scale repeatable growth frameworks.
