Location: Gurgaon / NCR but will handle PAN India market Research for alt.f

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Prerequisites for the Job Role:

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Office Leasing, Coworking, Retail or CRE Advisory
• Hands-on experience in Portfolio Analysis, Commercial Property Valuation & Comparables, Competitor Analysis, and Supply-Demand Assessment.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate micro markets and location intelligence, rental benchmarks, leasing analytics, and site feasibility.
• Strong analytical, research, communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a Market Research Analyst to support our Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Expansion strategy through micro-market research, market feasibility, portfolio analysis, and data-driven location intelligence. The role will evaluate commercial real estate opportunities, market demand, rental dynamics, and existing/potential portfolios , translating data into actionable insights to support leasing, expansion, and asset-level decision-making .

The ideal candidate combines strong CRE knowledge with analytical capabilities and can translate market data into insights on where to expand, what to lease, predict pricing, at what commercial terms, and how an asset fits into the overall portfolio strategy .

KRA

• Conduct detailed micro-market research across existing and potential expansion markets, analysing rental values, vacancy, absorption, supply pipeline, occupancy and key demand drivers.
• Track competitor presence, pricing, occupancy, product offerings and leasing strategies and maintain updated market intelligence.
• Build and maintain market databases covering rentals, supply, demand, transactions and competitor intelligence .
• Develop regular market research reports, dashboards and market updates for the leadership team.
• Conduct site and market feasibility studies for potential office, coworking and commercial real estate opportunities.
• Evaluate catchment, accessibility, surrounding commercial ecosystem, tenant profile and demand potential for prospective locations.
• Assess and benchmark market rents and comparable properties to evaluate the commercial viability of prospective assets.
• Analyse new locations based on demand, supply, competition, rental economics and projected occupancy , and prepare data-backed feasibility reports and recommendations.
