Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, travel operations, or a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel booking platforms, travel portals, and ancillary services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (agents, suppliers, and internal teams).

Responsibilities

  • Load and maintain static, dynamic, and margin-based hotel contracts in the system.
  • Update rates, room categories, promotions, cancellation policies, and inclusions as shared by MMs/MCs.
  • Ensure timely implementation of tactical offers and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accuracy of hotel content, room mappings, and contract details.
  • Work closely with Market Managers and Market Coordinators for contract updates and commercial requirements.
  • Coordinate with Connectivity, Product, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
  • Follow up on pending loading requests, corrections, and urgent updates.
  • Support smooth execution of seasonal rate changes and inventory updates.
  • Perform validation checks to ensure loaded contracts match approved commercial terms.
  • Monitor and minimize loading errors, mapping discrepancies, and operational gaps.
  • Ensure all updates are completed within defined TATs.
  • Maintain high accuracy standards for rate and content updates.
  • Support marketplace competitiveness through timely contract implementation.
  • Ensure active and updated inventory availability during peak sales periods.
  • Assist in maintaining healthy supply coverage across destinations and hotel categories.
  • Support correction of sold-out, rate mismatch, and visibility-related issues.
  • Maintain trackers for loading requests, pending tasks, and completed updates.
  • Prepare operational MIS reports related to loading activities and closure status.

Job Summary:

The Loading & Configuration Executive will be responsible for loading, updating, and maintaining static and margin-based hotel contracts within the system in coordination with Market Managers (MMs) and Market Coordinators (MCs). The role will focus on operational accuracy, timely contract implementation, rate updates, promotion loading, and inventory maintenance to ensure smooth marketplace operations and commercial competitiveness.

The position will play a key role in maintaining supply quality and ensuring that contracted content is accurately reflected across the platform.

Job Responsibilities:
Contract Loading & Maintenance
