Role Description

The Marine Technical Operation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day marine operations, including monitoring vessel performance, coordinating technical activities, and assisting with inspections and compliance checks. The specialist will work closely with senior technical consultants to gather operational data, prepare reports, and support project execution for dry-docking, repairs, and retrofits. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant vessel operations. The specialist will also contribute to training initiatives and the implementation of digital tools that enhance operational visibility and performance.

Qualifications
