Biopatrika is hiring a Fresher Manufacturing Technician for its CGT production facility in Noida. The role demands strict adherence to cGMP and SOPs, with rigorous documentation and attention to detail. Training will cover life‑saving manufacturing steps and cleanroom protocols.

Required education includes BMLT or life sciences degrees with 0–1 years of experience. On‑site, full‑time position with opportunities to grow into manufacturing, QC, or validation tracks.

• Document steps in real‑time with flawless data integrity.
• Escalate deviations, alarms or anomalies to supervisor immediately.

We are seeking a Fresher Manufacturing Technician to join our state-of-the-art CGT production facility. In this role, patient safety depends entirely on precision. You will be fully trained to perform life‑saving manufacturing steps strictly according to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Job location: NOIDA No of vacancies: 2 Job profile: full time/on-site Preference will be given to candidates from Delhi NCR area

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Fresh Graduates in BMLT, Bsc/Msc Biotechnology, microbiology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related life sciences field.
• Required skills(any 3 or more): DNA/RNA/plasmid isolation, ELISA, PCR, qPCR, aseptic culture techniques(bacterial/mammalian), gel electrophoresis (agarose, SDS PAGE), cloning, protein isolation.
• Experience – 0-1 years
• Attributes: High integrity, exceptional documentation skills (Good Documentation Practices), and comfort with highly repetitive, high‑stakes protocols.
• Physical & Behavioural Discipline: Ability to strictly follow gowning procedures and maintain focus during long, precise procedures.

• Execute cell culture and biological processing tasks strictly as outlined in batch records and SOPs.
• Interact with quality control, senior scientific and management teams for data flow.
• Strictly adhere to cleanroom behaviour, environmental monitoring protocols, and sterile aseptic techniques.
• Accurately document every step in real‑time, ensuring flawless data integrity and compliance.
• Immediately escape any process deviations, equipment alarms, or anomalies to the supervisor.
