Job summary

SilTerra Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to operate and manage advanced semiconductor equipment in the FAB, delivering world class cycle times and quality. The candidate should sustain production independently and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include achieving low wafer costs, maximizing yield, and ensuring safety, discipline, and adherence to SilTerra quality systems. Teamwork and strong work ethic are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• minimum one tool/process certification completed
• able to operate and sustain production independently
• cultivate manufacturing culture with discipline and teamwork
• implement SilTerra Quality and Manufacturing system

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and control advanced semiconductor equipment
• achieve lowest manufacturing cost per wafer
• participate in team-based continuous improvement
• maximize yield, reduce cycle time and increase productivity
• ensure daily production targets are met and uphold safety and housekeeping in FAB
