Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of manufacturing systems including MES, ERP, LMS, and supply chain platforms.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications are a plus.

  • Coordinate with engineering, IT, supply chain, HR, operations and vendors to deliver integrated solutions.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the manufacturing systems readiness for a new greenfield semiconductor assembly and test factory. This role resides within the Manufacturing and Operations group and plays a pivotal role in building the foundational structure and business processes of a new and rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration to develop, implement, and integrate critical factory systems that enable efficient, scalable, and compliant operations from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of manufacturing systems readiness, ensuring alignment with factory startup milestones and operational goals.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, IT, supply chain, HR, operations, and external vendors to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Systems Development & Implementation: Oversee the definition and integration of:
    • Materials Management Systems (inventory, logistics, flow optimization)
    • Training Systems (learning management, competency tracking, onboarding workflows)
    • Factory Information Systems (MES, ERP, data integration platforms)
    • Quality and Compliance Systems (traceability, audit readiness, regulatory compliance)
  • Organizational Development: Provide leadership in defining and establishing business processes, governance structures, and operational frameworks for a new manufacturing organization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate regular reviews with leadership and stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage risks related to system readiness, integration, and scalability.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource plans for system implementation projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects in greenfield or startup environments.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing systems including MES, ERP, LMS, and supply chain platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with semiconductor assembly/test operations.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital factory concepts.
  • Global project experience and working with multicultural teams.
