Job description

The overall leadership for the manufacturing location, overseeing Production, Maintenance, Process Engineering, and Plant Administration activities.

Minimum 10+ years of operations management experience in an automotive or related industrial environment (mandatory).

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical systems).
• Proven experience in CAPEX project implementation.
• Demonstrated skills in QMS implementation for IATF certification/re-certification and ISO audits.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, VSM, TPM, Visual Management, Digitization).
• Lean Six Sigma practitioner with statistical analysis and problem-solving expertise (DOE, SPC, MSA).
