Responsibilities

• Manage site manufacturing applications and infrastructure for incident and problem management, driving service performance improvement.
• Validate applications and infrastructure during change requests and project implementations.
• Identify risks from daily operations and implement mitigation plans.
• Liaise for vulnerabilities mitigation across IT areas including applications, OT devices, servers, and software.
• Participate in rotating on-call support with the local team.
• Perform any other assignments as needed.

• Manage site manufacturing applications and infrastructure for incident and problem management, driving service performance improvement based on trend and root cause analysis.


• Validate applications and infrastructure during change requests and project implementations.


• Identify risks from daily operations and assess them to proactively drive mitigation plans for interim and permanent solutions.


• Serve as a liaison for vulnerabilities mitigation across IT areas including applications, OT devices, servers, and software components.


• Participate in rotating on-call support with the local team.


• Perform any other assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in IT-related majors.


• At least 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing facilities for both IT applications and infrastructure.


• Oral and written English skills required to work with global IT teams.

Required Skills:

• Resolving issues with existing solutions using ITSM process discipline (Incident, Change, and Problem).


• Strong end-user support experience for communication and coordination.

Preferred Skills:

• Business knowledge in manufacturing processes.


• ERP knowledge is a plus.


• Quick learner and good team player.
