Job summary

VM Placement Solutions in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a Plant Operations Lead to direct daily operations across production, welding, tool room, fabrication and assembly to meet monthly and annual targets.

You will spearhead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity and On Quality and OEE. Candidates from the sheet metal industry with a track record of continuous improvement and cost reduction are required.
