Samvith Technologies in Nelamangala, Bangalore, invites applications for a Manufacturing Engineering Trainee. This role focuses on learning core manufacturing operations, equipment handling, and workflow management on the shop floor.

You will participate in process optimisation projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste, with exposure to machining, assembly, quality control, or materials management. Canteen facilities are available on site.

• Process optimisation: They will support ongoing projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity.
• Specialised areas: Each intern will be assigned to one or two specific domains (e.g., machining, assembly, quality control, or materials management) to develop deeper expertise.
• Hands-on exposure: Active participation in shop-floor activities, data collection, and analysis to understand real-world challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Support core manufacturing operations and equipment handling on the shop floor.
• Assist in projects to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and boost productivity.
• Work in one or two domain areas (machining, assembly, QA, or materials) to build expertise.
• Participate in data collection and analysis for real-world process insights.
