Job summary

CADMAXX is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for their Elec & PCBA role based in Bengaluru. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in EMS NPI for PCB Assemblies, particularly in the aerospace field.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing assembly processes, creating manufacturing documents, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of ₹90,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month.

Manufacturing Engineering Elec & PCBA

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Elec & PCBA. Overall experience: 5-9 years. Work Location: Bangalore (Devanahalli Plant).

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer data pack and analyze for manufacturing process preparation.
• Design the assembly process flow for the product.
• Participate in the process FMEA to optimize the process flow, process control plan.
• Identify key characteristics and define Measurement System Analysis for each KCs.
• Finalize the process parameters collaborating with shopfloor process engineers and write work instructions for each process stage.
• Closely work with product engineer, process and tool development engineers, and quality assurance engineer to ensure manufacturing documents and applied processes comply with aerospace and defense requirements.
• Release manufacturing documents for electronics manufacturing shopfloor as per Safran E&D QMS and document control procedure.
• Manage configuration management and traceability.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in EMS NPI for PCB Assemblies.
• Demonstrated skills in designing assembly process flow and creating manufacturing documents for reference in the line.
• Strong experience in complex PCBAs used in aerospace and defense systems.
• Highly knowledgeable in IPC J-STD-001 and IPC 610 Class 3 requirements.
• Good understanding of product configuration management.
• BE/B.Tech qualification.
