Job summary

Qualifications

• Produce and meet daily/monthly output targets.
• Optimize manpower allocation across shifts, tools and processes.
• Plan and control production scheduling per capacity and priorities.
• Improve WIP flow to meet cycle time and delivery goals.
• Prioritize aging lots to minimize delivery and quality risk.
• Monitor yield, defects, scrap and rework in-line and at output.
• Drive continuous improvement in throughput, efficiency and cost.
• Coordinate daily with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance teams to hit output and yield.
• Ensure SOPs, quality systems and customer requirements are followed.
