Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Bengaluru with 2–5 years of aerospace manufacturing experience. You will develop instructions and process plans using DELMIA DM on the 3DExperience platform, interpret engineering drawings, and ensure producibility across aero structures.

Responsibilities include collaboration with customers, guiding engineers, and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards, while leveraging CATIA V5 and ENOVIA for design and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering; 2+ years in Manufacturing Engineering for aerospace programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop Work Instructions, Work Plans, and Process Plans using DELMIA DM on the 3DExperience platform for Aircraft Components and Assemblies build sequence.
• Perform process planning, methods planning, and producibility checks for aerospace structures.
• Interpret Engineering Drawings, EBOM & MBOM, Task Lists, Build/Routing Sequence, and Process Flow.
• Create and standardize Detail Work Statements (DWS), prepare business cases, and ensure process planning standardization.
• Work extensively on DELMIA DM, 3DX, and CATIA V5 for aerospace manufacturing engineering activities.
• Collaborate with customers to understand scope, resolve queries, and deliver quality outputs per schedule.
• Interface with offshore teams, guide engineers, and ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering (ME) activities for aerospace programs.Strong knowledge of Aircraft life cycle, Fuselage, and Systems.Hands-on experience with DELMIA, 3DX platform, CATIA V5, and MS Office.
