Ansoim Llp in India is seeking Management Consultants with strong experience in manufacturing transformation and supply chain excellence. You will implement improvement programs on the ground, collaborating with CXOs and plant leadership to deliver measurable business results.

Role involves diagnosing gaps in production, planning, procurement, and logistics; designing Lean, TPM, and supply chain optimization; and building KPI dashboards, governance, and change management to reduce cost and lead

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years and maximum 6 years in manufacturing transformation consulting.
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial; MBA preferred.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or related methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across client locations (India & overseas).
