Job summary

Qualitykiosk Technologies seeks a QA specialist to validate Retail Internet Banking and digital banking applications. You will test end-to-end payment flows, onboarding, and transaction processes, ensuring robust API testing with Postman and SQL validation.

Candidate should understand SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum, SIT/UAT, and defect lifecycles, coordinating with multiple teams to identify root causes of transaction failures and drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail banking concepts and digital banking workflows.
• Experience in API testing and validating payment flows.
• Proficient in defect management and issue tracking.
• Familiar with SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, SIT and UAT processes.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-team to identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Test retail banking and digital banking applications end-to-end.
• Analyze transaction failures and coordinate with teams.
• Validate API responses using Postman and SQL checks.
• Track defects in JIRA and ensure lifecycle closure.

Job description

• Strong hands-on experience in Retail Internet Banking / Digital Banking applications.
• Good knowledge of retail banking concepts, including:
• CASA accounts
• Customer onboarding
• Beneficiary management
• Fund transfers
• NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
• Bill payments
• Transaction limits and charges
• Authentication / OTP
• Good understanding of end-to-end payment and banking transaction flows.
• Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience in defect management tools such as JIRA.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze transaction failures and coordinate with multiple teams for root-cause identification.
