• Manual Testing: Analyze requirements, create and execute test cases and data, perform functional, regression, integration and UAT, document defects, and verify fixes.
• Application Support: Provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, maintain tickets, and ensure SLA compliance.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual Tester / Support Executive with 3+ years of experience in software testing and application support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through manual testing activities while providing timely support to users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing

• Analyze business and functional requirements.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment.

Application Support

• Provide L1/L2 application support to end users.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues.
• Monitor application performance and escalates critical incidents when required.
• Maintain support tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
• Document known issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience in test case creation and defect tracking.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Good understanding of databases and SQL queries.
• Experience in application support and incident management.
