Job summary

Tekskills in Hyderabad is seeking a skilled IT/Operations specialist to lead 24x7 KLO support and operational readiness for project transitions.

You will manage ServiceNow knowledge management, SOP maintenance, and support for enhancements while coordinating with L3 engineering on major incidents and scheduled maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 KLO support and leadership of operational readiness for project support transitions.
• ServiceNow knowledge management and SOP maintenance.
• Lead small to medium enhancements and support scheduled maintenance activities.
• Lead shift-left processes and change management for break-fix, vendor maintenance and SDN testing.
• Support proactive monitoring on key indicators and collaborate with L3 engineering for major incidents.
• Support priority incident resolution with cross-functional teams and ensure timely communication.

• 24x7 KLO support
• Lead Operational Readiness for project support transition.

• Small to medium enhancements.
• Lead support of all priority 4 incidents and most priority 3 incidents.
• Collaboratively support priority 1 2 major incidents with the L3 engineering team.
• Support scheduled maintenance activities.
• Lead Shift left processes.
• Change Management for breakfix, vendor maintenance and SDN testing including small to medium enhancements.
• Proactive monitoring on key indicators.
