Job summary

Amerisource Bergen India is seeking a senior IT leader to manage MAWM-based solutions and global deployment across the supply chain landscape. The role emphasizes end-to-end project management, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and business teams.

The candidate will drive technology transformation, ensure governance, and optimize delivery of complex ERP and WMS/TMS integrations within a pharmaceutical distribution context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with 5+ years of Manhattan Active relevant experience with 3+ years in a managerial capacity
• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline; Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of MAWM and related supply chain systems.
• Builds and optimizes a Global Center of Excellence for global solutioning, testing, configuration, and deployment support.
• Leads end-to-end test management of MAWM applications, integrations (SAP/ERP) and related testing activities.
• Acts as liaison between business IT solution teams to ensure delivery of IT solutions.
• Manages end-to-end technology transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Provides strategic insights across marketing, operations, product development, and supply chain.
• Drives governance, risk management, and continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manages the development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT systems - primarily Manhattan Associates Active WM platform (MAWM). Experience with Supply Chain systems including TMS, WMS, Parcel Optimization and visibility are beneficial.
• Responsible for building out and optimizing a Global Center of Excellence to support global solutioning, testing, configuration, and deployment support for Manhattan Active WM and associated supply chain systems.
• Good experience in end-to-end Test Management of MAWM applications, Inbound, Inventory Management, Outbound processes across MAWM, Integration with ERP applications like SAP, MHE integrations, Functional Testing, SDN, Extension Testing, Integration Testing and UAT and good experience with Test Management tools like qTest and automation with TOSCA.
• Serves as a key liaison between business IT solution development teams to ensure delivery of desired IT solutions
• Leads and manages end-to-end implementation of technology transformation projects in collaboration with other IT departments teams
• Provides suggestions on how new technical capabilities will be delivered into the business
• Prioritizes and schedules projects within the portfolio to balance the workload and meet critical business deadlines
• Manages risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring that these are identified, mitigated, or escalated, as necessary
• Ensures appropriate compliance with project delivery methodologies and processes, identifying issues and opportunities to promote continuous improvement of the process
• Ensures appropriate compliance with the agreed delivery governance framework to enable reusability of the framework wherever possible
• Validates and approves estimates for all projects within the portfolio to ensure that they cover all identified work and represent value for money for the customer
• Provides strategic insights cross functionally to marketing, commercial operations, product development, and supply chain functions
• Leads the transformation that encompasses the elements of people, process and technology

Experience

• 7+ years of experience with 5+ years of Manhattan Active relevant experience, with 3+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations. Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
• 7+ years of experience with focus on end-to-end Test Management across MAWM applications with 5+ years of directly related Manhattan Active relevant experience with 3+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations. Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Masters degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering management, technology leadership, cross-functional technology program management, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in a management capacity required.
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification preferred.
