Job summary

Tekskills in Chennai is seeking a operations support specialist with hands-on Manhattan WMOS and Blue Yonder expertise. You will provide 24x7 KLO support, lead readiness for transitions, and manage ServiceNow knowledge and SOPs.

Ideal candidates will drive proactive monitoring, incident handling, and collaborative problem-solving with L3 engineers to ensure reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS 2020.
• Experience with Blue Yonder Planning and Blue Yonder Demand Fulfill.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 KLO support.
• Lead operational readiness for project support transition.
• Manage ServiceNow knowledge and SOP maintenance.
• Implement small to medium enhancements.
• Lead priority 4 incidents and most priority 3 incidents.
• Collaborate with L3 engineering for high-severity incidents.
• Support scheduled maintenance activities.
• Lead shift-left processes.
• Handle change management for breakfix, vendor maintenance and SDN testing.
• Proactively monitor key indicators.
