Tekskills in Bengaluru, India seeks a seasoned operations and support lead to drive 24x7 KLO support, lead readiness for project transitions, and manage ServiceNow knowledge management and SOP maintenance.

You will handle incidents, collaborate with L3 engineering, support maintenance activities, lead shift-left initiatives, and oversee change management for breakfix and SDN testing, while proactively monitoring key indicators.
