Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for Form Work to lead site execution of formwork activities across assigned locations in India. You will manage formwork materials, coordinate daily programs with section engineers, and allocate resources to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 6–15 years in construction, B.Tech/B.E, and hands-on oversight of formwork, concrete placement, and coordination with safety, quality, and planning teams to drive smooth

Qualifications

• 6–15 years of construction experience required.
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field.
• Strong knowledge of formwork and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead all formwork related activities on site.
• Reconcile formwork materials and issue to site.
• Instruct section engineers & supervisors by assigning daily programmes.
• Allocate resources to work fronts and track plant, machinery and manpower.
• Coordinate with safety and quality, and other service departments.

• Construction Manager Form Work is responsible for all the form work related activities.
• Responsible for Form work material reconciliation, tracking, issue to site
• Instructing the section engineers & supervisors by assigning the daily programme to execute.
• Managing the available resources by allocating to the work fronts based on requirement.
• Checking the availability /status of resources like Plant & Machinery, material and Work men.
• Raising the requirement for resources to planning Dept. Managing the client and sub-contractor at site for smooth for smooth execution of work.
• Ensuring there is no deviation of Safety in the work area. Ensuring that work is executing as per the quality standards.
• Coordinating with Safety & Quality, Plant & Machinery other service departments to smooth running of work at the assigned or designated locations.
• Resolving the issues raised by engineers & supervisors related to execution of work.
