Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Bengaluru is recruiting a Construction Manager for Form Work to oversee all form work activities on site. You will allocate resources, instruct engineers and supervisors, and ensure work progresses as per plan and quality standards.

You will coordinate with Safety, Quality, Plant & Machinery and sub-contractors to ensure safe, efficient execution and timely issue resolution at designated locations.

Responsibilities

• Construction Manager Form Work is responsible for all the form work related activities.
• Responsible for form work material reconciliation, tracking, and issuing to site.
• Instructing the section engineers and supervisors by assigning the daily programme to execute.
• Managing available resources by allocating to the work fronts based on requirement.
• Checking the availability/status of resources like plant & machinery, material and workmen.
• Raising the requirement for resources to planning dept. Coordinating with client and sub-contractor at site for smooth execution of work.
• Ensuring there is no deviation of safety in the work area. Ensuring that work is executing as per the quality standards.
• Coordinating with Safety & Quality, Plant & Machinery and other service departments to smooth running of work at the assigned locations.
• Resolving the issues raised by engineers & supervisors related to execution of work.
