Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior Manager / Manager Workday Integrations (Architect Level) for Hyderabad/Pune. Own end-to-end integration architecture across Workday modules and third-party systems, ensuring scalable, secure solutions.

You will lead design workshops, drive patterns using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware, and mentor delivery teams across US and global clients. Must have 9+ years in enterprise tech with 6+ in Workday and mandatory Workday Integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 9+ years of enterprise technology consulting experience with 6+ years in Workday integrations.
• Proven experience architecting large-scale Workday integration solutions across full lifecycle.
• Current Workday Integration certification is mandatory; additional Workday certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration architecture across Workday HCM, Financials, and third-party systems.
• Define integration strategy and patterns using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware.
• Lead solution design workshops with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into architectures.

Position: Senior Manager / Manager Workday Integrations (Architect Level

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration architecture across Workday HCM, Financials, and third-party systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Define integration strategy and patterns using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Lead solution design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
• Lead the design and development of complex integrations, including transformations, orchestration, and data mapping.
• Establish architecture standards, frameworks, and reusable components across projects and managed services.
• Perform design reviews and govern integration quality, including error handling, performance optimization, and security compliance.
• Partner with US and global teams to align architecture with enterprise and client strategies.
• Drive technical troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues and high-impact integration failures.
• Mentor and guide integration consultants and leads.
• Collaborate with functional, data, and enterprise architecture teams for end-to-end solution alignment.
• Contribute to practice growth through innovation, accelerators, capability development, and pre-sales solutioning.
• Stay current with the Workday roadmap, integration technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 9+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, with 6+ years in the Workday ecosystem and deep specialization in integrations.
• Proven experience designing and architecting large-scale Workday integration solutions across the full lifecycle.
• Expert-level proficiency in:
  
  • Workday Studio
  • Core Connectors (PECI, PICOF, Benefits, etc.)
  • EIB (Inbound/Outbound)
  • Workday APIs (SOAP/REST) and web services
  • XML/XSLT, JSON, and data transformation
• Strong experience with integration architecture patterns, including:
  
  • Real-time vs. batch integrations
  • Event-driven architectures
  • Middleware integration strategies
• Hands-on experience designing, building, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations.
• Experience defining error handling frameworks, reconciliation strategies, and integration monitoring approaches.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security models, and data governance principles.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead technical discussions, and provide architectural direction across teams.
• Experience in client-facing roles with US-based delivery models preferred.
• Current Workday Integration certification is mandatory.
• Additional Workday certifications preferred.
