Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited in Kerala is hiring a Store Manager (M1) in Retail to manage profitability and day-to-day store operations.

You will lead a small team, drive sales across Voice, data and devices, ensure stock availability, and execute local promotions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• Experience in store management and team leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across Voice, data, devices at the Vodafone Idea store.
• Deliver store revenue targets and increase revenue per footfall.
• Ensure profitability and minimize losses from pilferage and shrinkage.
• Maintain customer service and satisfaction for walk-in customers.
• Ensure adherence to store processes, documentation and stock availability.
• Execute local marketing, branding and promotions at the store and manage product displays.
