Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and drive performance. You will ensure processes, inventory accuracy and stock availability while guiding a skilled retail team to optimize customer experiences and revenue.

The role requires 2-3 years of retail experience, a graduate degree, and a hands-on approach to profitability and loss prevention. This is an on-site position at our Hyderabad location.

Qualifications

• Graduate with P&L management skills.
• 2-3 years of work experience in retail industry.
• Store management experience and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for adherence to store processes in terms of documentation and systems.
• Maintain availability of stock at the store while adhering to norms.
• Increase revenue per footfall by aiding customers’ purchase decisions.
• Achieve profitability targets for the store.
• Minimize losses from pilferage and shrinkage.
• Coach & train Store Executives and ensure employee retention through regular reviews.

• Monitoring and ensure quality of acquisition throughstore

• Managingchurn and achieve customer satisfaction for walk-in customers
• Ensure appropriate placement of pop-ups and product displays atstoreand I resolvestore-specific issues within specific timelines
• Coach & trainStoreExecutives and ensure employee-retention and motivation levels are high through regular reviews and performance streamlining of both on-roll and associate employees

Must have technical / professional qualifications
