Job summary

Aerial Telecom Solutions (ATS) in Noida is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager for US Medical Billing. You will lead end-to-end operations, oversee Charge Entry, Posting, AR, Denials, and Collections, and drive improvements across the revenue cycle while ensuring client SLA compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in US Healthcare/Medical Billing with leadership experience, strong analytic and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Min 3 years of experience in US Healthcare/Medical Billing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), AR, Denials, Payment Posting and Medical Billing workflows.
• Experience managing large teams in a BPO/KPO/shared services environment.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and operational reporting tools is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end US Medical Billing operations, ensuring compliance with client SLAs and quality standards.

• Drive operational excellence by monitoring productivity, quality, turnaround time (TAT) and revenue cycle KPIs.
• Manage, mentor and develop Team Leaders and Operations Managers to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze operational and financial metrics, identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of client escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct governance meetings, prepare MIS reports and present performance insights to clients and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, Workforce Management and HR teams to improve employee performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance, client-specific guidelines and organizational policies.
• Manage staffing, capacity planning, attrition and succession planning to ensure operational stability.
• Support business transitions, process migrations and new client implementations.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance, identify denial trends, and implement corrective actions to maximize collections.
• Build strong client relationships and proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and business growth.
