Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing (RCM) processes.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely collections.
• Analyze and resolve claim denials efficiently.
• Perform consistent and accurate claim follow-ups.
• Maintain compliance with billing standards and procedures.
• Must have positive knowledge of different EHR systems like Simple Practice, Charm EHR, Epic, Claims MD, Athena, Waystar.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Commitment to working night shifts

Mandatory Requirements

• 9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri shift.
