SailPoint Pune is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a front-end team working on Identity Product experiences. You will guide UI/QA engineers, work with product managers, and own delivery from backlog to release in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires strong leadership in Agile environments, proven frontend architecture knowledge, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders. Build a high-performing team while delivering quality software for customers globally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Software Engineering Management role on front-end web applications.
• 5+ years hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
• Deep knowledge of and experience with agile processes and workflows.
• Technical experience and fluency in front-end architecture enabling easy discussions with engineers.
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders’ concerns live, in meetings.
• Testing Frameworks: Cypress, Jest, Selenium.
• CI/CD: Cloudbees, Jenkins, AWS.

About you and the role:

SailPoint is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a front-end team for the Identity Product. This Engineering team has the responsibility and

technical expertise to drive the feature development amongst the broader Identity Product Engineering team to help ensure that our customers are provided timely and high-quality releases for Identity Product.

This responsibility includes oversight a team of UI Engineers and QA Engineers. You will work with Product Managers to ensure business requirements are understood, estimated, developed, tested, and released to our customers.

To lead this team, we are looking to bring on an experienced and motivational manager who will be responsible for leading all aspects of Identity Product

which relate to how our customers utilize the product to solve their complex identity and access management challenges in unique ways. A background in Agile software development environment is preferred.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with deep organization exposure, influence and ownership of mission-critical systems.

Role Requirements:
