Job description

Role: Manager - Trim Sourcing

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 15-17 Years

Roles :

• Price negotiations with the different suppliers based on items.
• Re-checking the counter quality based on the requirements.
• Lead time and material flows.
• Confirm all domestic trim Purchase orders.
• Visit Domestic suppliers' places when required.
• Guide the team members in their job.
• Meet suppliers.
• Sort out job & supplier-related day-to-day issues.
• Co-ordinate with Accounts Dept to make proper payments to the Suppliers.
• Co-ordinate with Stores Dept to solve Quality issues, Rejection and shortage of materials.

Responsibilities:

• Price fixation, negotiation, and Cost savings.
• Guiding and motivating the whole team regarding their job roles.
• Assigning the work to team members.
• Analysing the workflow of the Dept.
• Performance analysis of the team.

Authority:

• Selection and Rejection of the supplier.
