Concentrix is establishing a Global Treasury Centre in Gandhinagar/GIFT City to anchor tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance for the entity. You will manage end‑to‑end tax compliance, oversee treasury operations, and ensure IFRS/IFSC compliance in a complex regulatory environment for cross‑border activities.

The role offers high visibility, with responsibility for treasury processes, transfer pricing documentation, and audit readiness, reporting to senior stakeholders across global teams.

Formación

• Qualified CA / CS / LLB (preferred) with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in tax, treasury, and regulatory compliance.
• Exposure to cross‑border transactions, forex regulations, and transfer pricing.
• Prior experience in financial services / treasury / IFSC environment is a plus.
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate in a new entity setup.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, including return filings and tax provisioning.
• Ensure compliance with IFSC/IFSCA regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws and act as Compliance Officer for the entity.
• Support treasury operations including fund flows, investments, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee forex transactions and ensure regulatory compliance under FEMA/IFSC framework.
• Manage withholding tax (TDS/WHT) obligations and related reporting.
• Drive transfer pricing compliance, documentation, benchmarking, and reporting in coordination with global teams.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation of transactions.
• Build and maintain strong internal controls and ensure audit readiness.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

We are setting up a Global Treasury Centre in GIFT City and are seeking a high‑caliber professional to anchor tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance for the entity. This role will be critical in managing investment holding structures, treasury operations, and end‑to‑end compliance in an IFSC environment.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, including return filings and tax provisioning
• Ensure compliance with IFSC/IFSCA regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws and act as Compliance Officer for the entity
