• Prior experience in financial services / treasury / IFSC environment is a plus.
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate in a new entity setup.

• Ensure compliance with IFSC/IFSCA regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws and act as Compliance Officer for the entity.
• Support treasury operations including fund flows, investments, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee forex transactions and ensure regulatory compliance under FEMA/IFSC framework.
• Manage withholding tax (TDS/WHT) obligations and related reporting.
• Drive transfer pricing compliance, documentation, benchmarking, and reporting in coordination with global teams.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation of transactionsBuild and maintain strong internal controls and ensure audit readiness.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
