Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai is seeking a senior treasury professional to own cash, liquidity and funding across group entities. You will manage daily positions, implement policy, and lead a small treasury team.

The ideal candidate holds CA with 10+ years in treasury (or CFA/MBA in finance) and has hands-on FX and commodity hedging, FEMA and Indian law knowledge, plus experience with treasury systems.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 10–15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in treasury OR CFA OR an MBA in finance.
• Experience funding treasury for a multi-entity group with cross border operations.
• Working knowledge of FEMA, transfer pricing and Indian company law.
• Hands-on experience with FX and commodity hedging.
• A strong grasp of Indian money-market and fixed-income instruments.
• High integrity and discretion, and the confidence to push back with numbers.
• Background in precious metals, commodities of a financial-services group.
• Experience in implementing a treasury management system.
