Job summary

Renew in Gurugram seeks a treasury operations professional with 4–9 years of experience in banking operations, treasury, or finance. You will manage banking activities, investment transactions, debt servicing, and compliance across projects and business units.

Ideal candidates have MBA Finance or related degrees and will coordinate with banks, internal teams, and lenders to ensure liquidity, reporting, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day banking operations.
• Manage day-to-day Investment transactions including Fixed deposit/Mutual Funds, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flows and Investable funds on daily basis and across projects and business units.
• Invest additional funds on daily basis as per bank/AMC TAT.
• Coordinate with banks for timely Investment of all funds.
• Prepare and monitor Debt MIS on daily basis.
• Ensure Timely Debt servicing/Repayment of ECB/NCD with bank follow up.
• Ensure timely submission of banking documents and compliance requirements.
• Assist in funding for Payments.
• Monitor loan repayments, interest servicing, and covenant compliance.
• Track utilization of project finance facilities and debt drawdowns.
• Support treasury activities related to investments, FD placements, and liquidity planning.
• Prepare monthly banking and treasury MIS reports.
• Prepare monthly debt servicing reports
• Facilitate statutory, internal, and lender audits and SOX compliances.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation of all banking transactions and agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with accounts, tax, legal, and project teams for smooth financial operations.
