Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires CPA/CA/MBA Finance/Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of transaction experience focused on quality of earnings, networking capital, and cash flows.
• Knowledge of GAAP and strong financial acumen.
• Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements
