Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India invites a seasoned real estate valuation professional to join as Engagement Lead. The role focuses on market information analysis, KPI and cash flow modeling, and report writing for real estate engagements.

You will lead a team of Analysts, manage engagements, and communicate with onshore teams. MBA in Finance/Accounting with BIG4 background is preferred, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• MBA or Finance/Accounting specialization required.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with BIG4 preferred.
• Valuation using multiple approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts/Advanced Analysts to complete engagements.
• Perform market information analysis, KPI analysis, cash flow modeling, and report writing.
• Manage project scope, timelines and risk.
• Communicate progress with onshore teams.
• Review deliverables for quality and timeliness.

Job description

• Review or collection of market information; analysis of real estate documents, including appraisals and lending documents; performing market research; analysis of KPI’s, cash flow modeling; and report writing.
• Working on valuation or any other engagements assigned
• Lead a team of Analyst and/or Advanced Analyst in engagement to achieve end objective as assigned
• Project Management – Small to mid size engagement
• Managing risk associated with engagement
• Review of work done by the project team and ensure quality and timeline targets are met.
• Communicate with Onshore team regularly about local team's progress.
• Identify areas of improvement and additional opportunity of engagements.

Requirements

• Master’s in business administration (MBA) or specialized in Finance /Accounting
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with BIG4 accounting firm would be provided weightage
• Real estate valuation skills through all the approaches
• Project management skills
• Exposure to tools like Tableau, Alteryx etc. will be added advantage
