Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited in Bhubaneswar invites an experienced Team Member- Cost Analyst to join our Technology function. You will lead network cost analysis, budgeting, and control to drive efficiency across the IP network and related operations.

The role requires a graduate with 7–10 years of experience in cost datasets, Excel mastery, and knowledge of financial concepts. The position is based in Bhubaneswar with an on-site engagement and extensive data-driven responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Electrical measurement systems and instrumentation knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel (Macros, Pivot, Lookup).
• Good understanding of basic financial concepts.
• 7–10 years of experience, with 4–5 years in handling Opex & Cost data.
• Experience in energy data analysis and CN/DN tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly cost analysis and validate invoices for EB & DG.
• Implement energy efficiency projects with IP coordination.
• Collect billing data and maintain CN/DN tracker for IPs.
• Coordinate with Finance and SSE for DN raises and dispute settlements.
• Manage legacy OPEX data and overall OPEX management and PR/PO generation.

Job Purpose

Responsible for network Cost analysis, Budget and Control for bringing efficiency

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• To do theCost Analysis, monthly P& F invoice processing & validation from all IPs for EB & DG.
• Toimplement energy efficiency projects in coordination with IP.
• To Collate all the billing data and maintain a proper CN DN tracker for/from the IPs.
• Co-ordination with finance & SSE for raising DN, dispute settlement e.tc
• Manage and preserve legacy OPEX Data.
• Overall OPEX Management and PR/PO generation.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Sound knowledge on Electrical Measurement Systems and Instrumentations
• Good analytical skills , must have knwledge of excel features such as Macro , Pivot, lookup etcto do data mining in Input RAW data related to energywithin optimum time.
• Knowledge of basic financial concepts
• Experience-7-10 years of experience out of which 4-5 years must be in handling of Opex & Cost Related Data.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Any Graduate,preferably Electrical / Electronics/Finance .
• Sound technical skill set/ knowledge relevant to JD.
