Qualifications

• BTech in Electrical Engineering (preferred) / Civil with strong utility experience.
• Hands-on experience with HT/LT systems, substations, HT DG operations, and utility management.
• Experience in managing large campuses/townships/hospitals/industrial infrastructure.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams & energy management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Electrical Infrastructure including 33/11 kV substation, transformers, HT/LT switchyards, HT DG & UPS.
• Manage utilities: HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, STP, WTP, and campus utilities; optimise BMS.
• Implement preventive/predictive maintenance; lead breakdown analysis and emergency response.
• Coordinate civil maintenance and ensure compliance for utility-related works.

# Manager — Technical ServicesWe invite applications for the position of Manager — Technical Services.* ##### Location Ranchi Campus* ##### Engagement Full-timeThis role will involve leading engineering and utility operations for a 150+ acre integrated university campus with high-voltage electrical infrastructure, township-scale facilities, and critical utility systems. The role demands strong expertise in HT/LT systems, reliability engineering, and large-scale infrastructure management.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Electrical Infrastructure:** Manage 33⁄11 kV substation, transformers, HT/LT switchyards, HT DG & UPS backup systems; ensure high reliability and uptime.* **Utilities & Systems:** Manage HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, STP, WTP, and campus utilities; administer and optimise BMS and utility monitoring systems.* **Maintenance & Reliability:** Implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs; lead breakdown management, root cause analysis, and emergency response.* **Civil & Projects Interface:** Manage essential civil maintenance; coordinate with Projects team for utility-related works, ensuring seamless integration and technical compliance.* **Team & Contractor Management:** Lead engineering teams and manage AMCs, contractors, and specialised service providers with focus on performance and safety.* **Cost & Efficiency:** Plan and control OPEX/CAPEX; drive energy optimisation and efficient utilisation of resources.* **Compliance & Safety:** Ensure adherence to NBC, electrical safety standards, Fire NOC, and statutory regulations; conduct audits and risk assessments.* 10 – 12 years of relevant experience* BTech in Electrical Engineering (preferred)/ Civil with strong utility experience* Strong hands-on experience in HT/LT systems, substations, HT DG operations, and utility management.* Proven track record in managing large campuses/ townships/hospitals/industrial infrastructure.* Experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams & energy management and optimisation.* High ownership, problem-solving ability, and capability to manage 24×7 operations.Please email the following documents to <**[e-mail]>** with the subject line **“Application for Manager, Technical Services — Ranchi:”*** Curriculum Vitae* Completed Application Form*Kindly ensure that all the above documents are submitted, as incomplete applications cannot be processed.*
