• Translate business needs into system requirements and BRD.

Manager – Technical Business Analysis

Location: Kochi, Kerala, India

Experience: 9+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Project initiation & kick-off; create project plans (WBS, effort estimation)
• Task allocation, delivery tracking, and SLA management
• Risk identification, mitigation, and escalation management
• Follow tower-specific standard practices and procedures
• Create and maintain project management routines
• Manage client and internal stakeholder communication
• Handle offshore/onshore coordination
• Performance management and associate development discussions
• Identify training needs and manage user training programs
• Interpret complex business needs and translate into system requirements
• Strong understanding of BRD and domain requirements
• Manage project transitions (Implementation / Ongoing / Shared Services)
• Knowledge of RKS platform (preferred)
